Coaching With Yes Futures

What we do?

We provide a coaching programme for students aged 8-16, coaching them either individually, or in small groups, to develop confidenceresilience, communication and self-reflection, through a structured personal development framework.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be an integral part of the Yes Futures programmes as a Yes Futures Coach, working with primary or secondary school students in Kent.

Coaching experience is not necessary as full training is provided. For us commitment and enthusiasm is essential. If you have a proactive attitude and feel excited and committed to Yes Futures’ vision of helping young people become confident, resilient and lead fulfilling lives, then we want to hear from you!

Develop and gain experience in: 

1-2-1 Coaching, Behaviour Management, Youth engagement, Group facilitation.


We cover all expenses; provide full training, DBS checks and ongoing support throughout.

Coaching provides a unique opportunity for young people to receive valuable, one-to-one support. Both the number and variety of sessions allows for our coaches and students to build a trusting relationship whilst focusing on tangible targets for continued personal development.
