The roles and responsibilities of working with the children include
– to ensure the provision of a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children from differing cultures, religious backgrounds and stages of development
– to ensure that all the policies and procedures are complied with including confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety
– to develop an understanding and knowledge of the welfare requirements to meet the children’s individual needs, learning and development
– to ensure that all children enjoy social interactions, have comfort and personal care needs met and understood
-to support the planning and preparation of activities and resources for the individual development of children in conjunction with the children’s key person and therapy support network.
